I'm Irina, a creative yoga and SUP (Stand-Up Paddleboard) instructor with a deep passion for holistic wellness, community, and nature. Originally from Russia and now living in Ireland for the past 24 years, I'm a mother of three grown children, an outdoor enthusiast, and a lifelong learner. With a background in chemistry and hairdressing, I've recently completed college studies in Yoga and Holistic Practice.

My classes weave together scientific understanding, the wisdom of nature, and a heartfelt connection to community. I believe in the healing power of movement, herbs, and outdoor adventures.
