Hi, I'm Miriam! I'm passionate about sharing the gifts of yoga. My teaching style focuses on creating a supportive and mindful space for students to connect with their bodies and breath. I believe yoga is for everyone and aim to make my classes accessible and enjoyable.

Join Miriam for a gentle and accessible Hatha yoga class suitable for all levels, including beginners and marathon runners. We'll explore basic yoga postures, focusing on alignment, recovery and mindful movement, linked with the breath. Expect a class that leaves you feeling relaxed, grounded, and rejuvenated.
